PAYMENT OF THIS PLAN IS NON-REFUNDABLE. You will have up to a year to utlize all of your lessons. Under extenuating circumstances, you may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours. You understand that you will discuss your request for a refund with the merchant, TNC-Tutoring and Services FIRST, before filing a dispute. A dispute is necessary ONLY if we are unable to resolve the matter or come up with a solution.

Return and Refund policy: Returns are accepted for Physical Products and Merch only and only within 14 days if damaged on receipt (such as the NCLEX Study Planner if bought separately). If product is damaged on receipt due to shipping, you must take a picture of any damage to the product on the day of receipt, and I will replace the product. I want to build trust and reassure that you can buy with confidence. If you are paying for a package plan for tutor lessons, you understand that you have 1 year or 365 days to complete usage of all lessons should an unforeseen circumstance occur where you are unable to take your lessons right away or within the recommended time frame of 8 or 12 weeks. 

When purchasing an 8 or 12-week plan, a gift may be shipped to you that includes items to start your study and organization process such as the NCLEX Study Planner and various office supplies. You understand that in this case you can choose not to receive the gift. Just let us know. If however, you receive the gift and you request a refund or decide to file a dispute, and you win the dispute or absolute refund, you must minus the cost at full price for the gifted items as well as any PDF books, documents, question bank and answers, files and notes that were provided, along with a setup fee or any used tutor lessons fees at full price.

Please discuss your plans for absolute Cancellation with us FIRST. We can always work out something or assist you with receiving your tutor lessons in a manner that is suitable for you. Please try to negotiate your plans before filing a dispute. If you enter into a dispute or must absolutely receive a refund, you will no longer be eligible for discounted package plans and will have to pay the full price for each 1 hour tutor lesson as currently advertised if you decide to return. I want to guarantee your success and will work with you as much as possible to make sure you succeed.

Packaging and cost of shipping is included in the final price if your product needs to be shipped.
If you are receiving a Free gift but then decide to cancel, refund or dispute, you MUST pay the full price of your gift not including discounts and the cost of shipping.
